Pre-pandemic we were searching for a home for about a year with no luck and once quarantine began we nearly lost all hope. Then we met Bill. Amidst all the uncertainty of the pandemic on top of an already competitive housing market Bill was able to find and show us our forever home in a matter of days. He was knowledgeable and up to date on all the nuances of the ever-changing real estate regulations from the state. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and always got it right, all while providing invaluable advice to make up for our inexperience as home buyers. Even after all the documents were signed and we had the keys Bill didn't stop helping us. Three days after moving into our new house the air conditioner suffered a catastrophic failure, but luckily Bill was with us at the final walkthrough and signing where he helped us draft a condition in the contract compelling the sellers to offer compensation if such an event were to take place. With Bill's hard work and dedication he was able to get us more than double the amount of money from the seller to help pay for the new unit. We were first time home buyers with little to no experience in buying a house but in this crazy market we’re determined to find a house that we truly wanted. And we did just that! We were excited, nervous, scared and at times frustrated. With that being said throughout this whole process Bill was nothing but exceptional! He taught us, explained things over and over, gave us great advise based on his knowledge and experiences.
